My back spasmed this morning while I was scraping ice off of the car. It only did it once, but man it hurt. So I'm not in the mood to post much. I thought I'd just add a link to the picture of me in my hat, from the convention.

I don't know if I told you, but since you saw me, I ended up in the ER three more times for back spasm problems.
Let's just say spasms are not amusing.
You hadn't mentioned that. Yikes!!! No they are not amusing fortunately it was just that one time... so far.
